Titan, Chapter Seven

Rixie returned to the cargo bay to find Pryvani still cavorting merrily with the “giant” sea mammals that were her latest acquisitions. Rixie was no expert on Earth zoology, but she had to admit there was something amazing about watching the creatures moving through the water of their tanks. She tried to imagine what one of them might look like from Alex’s perspective; it then hit her that as massive as those creatures likely appeared to him, she was larger still. She found the thought amusing.

Idly, Rixie unzipped the pouch strapped to her side and probed inside with two fingers until she felt the form of her human. She stifled a giggle as she felt his tiny hands try to grasp the pad of her fingertip.

Satisfied that Alex was still okay, she strode over to the tank to give the wealthy heiress her bathrobe. Out of the corner of her eye she saw that her clear glass platform sandals were still present. Rixie wondered why Trell hadn’t bothered to pick them up, but dismissed it with a shrug.

Pryvani noticed the other woman’s presence and her face lit up in a smile. She pulled herself out of the tank and began climbing down the ladder, water running in rivulets down her nude body and onto the floor. The braids in her hair had come loose, and the three colors had mixed in a wild kaleidoscopic mane that came halfway down her back.

Out of the corner of her eye Rixie caught a flash of light, followed by a clicking sound. Whipping her head around, she just managed to catch sight of a photographer ducking behind a stack of crates.

“Hey!” She yelled and took off for the man’s hiding spot. “Get back here!”

Alex was taken by surprise as he was suddenly jolted around in Rixie’s pouch when the Titaness took off running. Poking his head out, Alex was able to see the shadowed form of the man she was pursuing.

Deciding things were about to get rough, especially for someone his size, Alex climbed out of the pouch and took a flying leap away from Rixie’s thundering form. He figured it was better to try and get Rixie’s attention later, rather than perhaps being squished under her thigh if the ensuing confrontation turned physical.

He landed hard on the floor of the cargo bay, leaving himself dazed and winded but otherwise unhurt. He regained his senses when a splash of water hit him in the head. He looked up to behold the dripping wet form of Pryvani. She was nude save for the open bathrobe that (barely) covered her. For a moment Alex hoped that he had not been spotted, but if the amused smirk on the giantess’s face was any indication, he was wrong.

At that moment, Rixie had caught up with the photographer. She had him in a headlock and the two of them were rolling on the ground while Rixie was attempting to subdue him. After a few moments of the two of them wrestling, Rixie finally managed to pin him long enough to restrain him with her handcuffs. She hefted him to his feet and pushed him against the side of a crate with her arm.

“How the hell did you get in here?” She growled, glaring daggers at the hapless man.

“I snuck in when the maintenance people left!” He looked forlornly over Rixie’s shoulder at the smashed remains of his equipment. “You broke my camera!”

“That is the LEAST of your concerns!” Rixie slammed him against the crate again for emphasis. “You are in a restricted area of a military outpost, unauthorized. You’ll be lucky if you don’t get sent to a penal colony on charges of espionage.”

Pryvani pinned Alex to the floor with her gaze. The little man was unsure what to do. He didn’t think the heiress would harm him, but then he remembered that Rixie wasn’t technically supposed to have him. He suddenly regretted asking her to bring him to see the whales.

The giantess moved. Her foot rose off the ground and hovered menacingly over his prone form. He was frozen it its shadow. Then, slowly it settled over him, the soft skin of the sole of her foot brushing gently against his body. Her long toes gripped him around the waist and he was raised into the air and deposited in her palm.

She still hadn’t said a word, and that confident smirk was still painted on her face- which did absolutely nothing to reassure Alex of her intentions. He wanted to call out to Rixie, but knew she was too far away, and yelling to loudly, for his voice to be heard.

Pryvani’s fingers curled around him, and deposited him in the wide pocket of her bathrobe. As soon as he was freed from her grasp, he immediately tried to climb the fabric of her robe to freedom. He got about halfway up before she shook him loose and he plummeted back into the pocket.

Pryvani frowned. She would need a better hiding spot for Rixie’s little human. The soldier was distracted for now, but as soon as she was finished dealing with the camera rat, it would be all too easy for the tiny person in her pocket to regain Rixie’s attention.

And for Pryvani, that just wouldn’t do at all.

She cast her eyes about, looking for some inspiration for a hiding place. Then she saw it! The perfect, unnoticeable place to keep her new acquisition.

Her shoes.

She calmly strolled over to the pair of platforms and picked one up, examining it critically. She popped the top off and dumped the animals inside into the nearest whale tank… where they were promptly eaten.

Pryvani shook her head. That was unfortunate. Still, she had plenty of fish back on her moon, and some things were more important. She reached into her pocket, wrapped her hand around the struggling Alex, and then dumped him into the now empty tank at the bottom of her shoe. Before he could react to what she had done, she quickly strapped the shoe on, trapping him beneath her foot.

She knew he wouldn’t suffocate in there, the air pump for the aquarium still functioned, and if nothing else there was a vent in the heel that opened every time she took a step.

Now, the only hard part would be keeping the satisfied grin off her face.

Alex lay, slightly dazed, at the bottom of the former aquarium where he’d been tossed. As soon as he looked up he realized exactly where he was with a shock.

He found himself staring, again, at the bottom of Pryvani’s foot, only this time there was a layer of clear glass separating the two of them. He was in a glass container of some sort, underneath Pryvani’s foot. He looked to his right and saw her other foot, strapped to another glass container… He was in her shoe.

He didn’t have time to mull that over for very long before Pryvani decided to take her first step. Alex was thrown to the ground by the force of the rising foot. Fortunately, the bottom of his little prison was padded by thick foam of some kind.

THUNK! Unfortunately, the walls were not. Alex had slammed his shoulder against one of the side walls, and a lance of pain shot down his arm. It wasn’t all bad though, after about three steps he learned that if he lay flat and gripped the foam bottom, he could reduce the likelihood of slamming into one of the walls.

Through the distorted walls of his prison he could make out the huge black leather military boots that Rixie was wearing. He tried calling out to her, but it soon proved to be of no use. He wasn’t positive even Pryvani could hear him in there. So he gave up.

He figured eventually, Rixie would notice him missing, and she’d come looking for him. The only person, other than the photographer, who had been in that room, had been Pryvani. So, logically, Rixie would assume that if Alex’s smashed remains weren’t in the pouch, and he wasn’t in the cargo hold, that would leave only one other option.

Having convinced himself that this would eventually be resolved, (rightly or not,) Alex settled in to, literally, enjoy the ride.

Rixie had the photographer hauled away by two of the security personnel on duty. She wasn’t entirely sure what would happen to him next, and she hadn’t been lying about the possibility of ending up in a penal colony. The judicial arm of the military would be the ones to decide that one, however, not her.

She had made sure that all revealing photos of Pryvani had been destroyed, after verifying that he hadn’t had a chance to upload any of them. The last thing Rixie needed was any of Pryvani’s powerful friends giving her grief over a few nude photographs.

“Well, that was exciting!” Rixie turned around just as Pryvani finished walking up to her. She had, finally, tied off her robe and was brushing out her hair with one hand. Her birdcage earrings were dangling from the fingertips of the other.

“Not to worry. We confiscated his equipment, what was left of it anyway, and he’ll probably be facing some stiff penalties. The military judicials don’t take kindly to civilians being in restricted areas without permission.”

Pryvani shrugged, noncommittally, “There are so many photographs of me out there already, what’s one more I guess?”

She stretched and arched her back. “I’ve given orders for my crew to begin loading the whales as soon as they are able to, but they don’t need me here for that. Perhaps you could show me to my quarters now?”

*.*.*.*.*.*

The door hissed behind her as Pryvani entered her private area of the quarters she’d been assigned on the station. The little man was still trapped under her foot, and Rixie had been none the wiser. That wasn’t likely to last, of course, eventually she’d discover the human was missing from wherever she’d been hiding him, and she was bound to come looking for him. This was exactly what Pryvani was hoping for.

Of course, there was no reason she couldn’t have some fun in the meantime.

She sat down on the couch and put her feet up on the table in front of it. With her toes she slipped off the shoe that Alex was trapped in and popped the lid off. She set both shoes on the floor and crossed her ankles in front of the little man.

“Well, hello there little guy.” She said with a smug smile.

Alex gaped at the giantess, unsure of how to proceed when he didn’t know what she intended to do with him.

“Aw, speechless little man?” Pryvani grinned and wiggled her toes in front of him. “How about we start with the basics then? What’s your name?”

“My name is Alex.”

Pryvani’s grin widened. “Hey! There we go, you can talk!”

“What are you going to do with me?”

Pryvani rolled her eyes. “Relax. I’m not going to hurt you. I just want to play a little.”

Alex folded his arms over his chest. “And what about Rixie?”

Pryvani stuck her tongue out. “I’d play with her too, if she were here.”

Alex didn’t laugh.

“Geez… Okay, fine, so serious… to answer your unspoken question, no, I don’t intend on keeping you, unless you want me to, of course.” She winked suggestively. “I just couldn’t resist the opportunity. Think of yourself as… bait, let’s say, for your mistress.”

Alex’s brow wrinkled in confusion, although Pryvani couldn’t see it. “What…?”

“I needed to talk to Rixie in an… unofficial capacity. Bringing her here by taking you seemed to be a golden opportunity that I couldn’t pass up. So just relax, Rixie will be here soon, trust me.”

Alex was still skeptical of the celebutante’s motives, but resigned to the fact that (as usual) he was unable to change his situation. If she had wanted to hurt him, he couldn’t stop her from doing so. It was rather pointless to get worked up until she actually tried something.

“…Do you like my feet?” The giantess suddenly asked, out of nowhere.

“What?”

“It’s a simple question, Alex. Do you like my feet?”

Alex hesitated, was this some kind of trick? “Well…”

“Go ahead, answer honestly. Please.”

Alex cleared his throat. He opened his mouth to answer, and then closed it again without talking. He walked up to her foot, which towered over him at nearly three times his height, and ran his hand down the outer edge of the sole. Her skin was soft, warm and surprisingly dry. He glanced up and saw the pink painted toenails wiggling playfully above him.

His throat was suddenly dry. “Yes.” The reply was hoarse, and he was surprised Pryvani could hear it at all, but she grinned at his response.

“The humans I have living on my moon think my feet are sacred. It’s considered good luck to touch them. Well, to be fair, they think touching me is good luck, my feet are just the only part of me they can reach.”

Alex’s eyebrows rose in surprise. “You have a moon?”

“Well sure, doesn’t everybody?”

“Yeah.” Alex’s eyes rolled. “I have two, in fact.” He ran his hands down the side of her foot, and was surprised when a moan of pleasure erupted from the giantess’s throat.

“You can climb them, if you want.” Alex sensed that she was making a suggestion… or perhaps giving an order… rather than extending an invitation. He hoisted himself onto her ankle and began pulling himself up her instep.

“Mmmm” Pryvani moaned, leaning back and closing her eyes. “I like feeling you on there. Does Rixie know about your thing for feet?”

“I do not have a ‘thing’ for feet!” Alex called back to her.

“Yes you do. Hers are even bigger than mine. I bet she’d enjoy getting a foot rub after a long shift on patrol. Such a good little pet you’d be if you offered.”

Alex decided not to answer, but he could feel his face flushing. The truth was he’d caught himself staring at Rixie’s feet after she’d taken her boots off after a shift, and wondered what her toes would feel like clenched gently around his body. The image was so arousing, he’d plunged his face between Pryvani’s toes before he realized what he’d been doing. His lips were on her flesh and he only snapped out of it when he heard the titaness giggling at his actions.

Slightly embarrassed, Alex went to jump off her foot, but was trapped by the sole of her other foot, the two appendages sandwiching him between them.

“Oh no you don’t, little Alex. I’m not through teasing you yet.” She began to gently rub Alex between her feet, the soft warm flesh sliding rhythmically up and down his body sent waves of pleasure through his tiny form, whether he wanted it to or not.

There came a chirping sound of someone seeking entrance into the room. Pryvani smiled delightedly. “Gee, I wonder who that could be.” She raised her voice. “Enter!”

The door hissed open and Rixie came stomping into the room, a dark scowl on her face, and anger blazing in her eyes. “All right rich girl, where have you put…” She stopped short as she finally took in the scene in front of her. Her mouth gaped open and she stared in confusion. “…Alex.”

Pryvani waved cheerily. “Rixie! Just who I was waiting to see! Look who I found.”

Rixie crossed her arms over her chest, the scowl deepening. “Give him back Pryvani.”

Pryvani gripped Alex’s limp form between her toes and raised him up, offering him to the other giantess. “Of course! But, as I recall… it’s rather against the rules for active duty personnel to own a human, isn’t it?” She smiled innocently as she released her grip, allowing Alex to fall into Rixie’s outstretched hand.

Rixie didn’t respond. She couldn’t, really. Pryvani was absolutely right. It was a big violation of protocol for Rixie to have Alex in her possession. Rixie could get in a lot of trouble if word got out. Instead, she waited to see what the heiress was going to do with this information, placing Alex safely on her shoulder.

“Ah. I can see the wheels in your brain turning, Rixie Tam. ‘What’s the rich girl going to do now?’ That’s what you’re thinking, right?” She grinned and wiggled her toes again. “By the way, Alex says he wants to rub your feet for you.”

Alex flushed red again, but neither of the Titanesses noticed.

“The truth, Rixie, is that I don’t intend to get you into any trouble. I only took Alex as a convenient way to speak with you privately …off the record if you will. Well, that and it amused me to do so.” She set her feet on the floor and stood up. Now that Pryvani was barefoot, Rixie positively towered over her, but that fact didn’t seem to faze the young heiress in the slightest.

“You’re being discharged soon, aren’t you Rixie?” Rixie’s eyes widened in shock, but Pryvani waved away the question before it had even left her throat. “Don’t bother asking how I know that, Unit Leader. For someone with my resources, getting a peek at military records is an easy task. And your record, my dear, is utterly fascinating.”

Rixie cocked an eyebrow, crossing her arms over her chest. “Enough with the socialite posturing, Tarsuss. What is it you want from me?”

Pryvani’s smile widened. “I want you to work for me after the military discharges you.”

The taller woman snorted derisively. “I should have known. Work for you? Why, So I can be your little bodyguard?”

“Nothing as mundane as all that… Although, the prospect of you guarding my body is an interesting one, I’ll admit.” She leered suggestively, before her expression turned serious again. “There have been rumors of a threat against my family’s company. I need people like you on hand when the people responsible decide to make their move.”

Rixie rolled her eyes and turned to leave. “Hire a security firm then. I’m not interested.”

“I need someone with your particular skills, Unit Leader. Or should I say… Imperator.”

Rixie froze mid-step. She’d stopped so fast, Alex was forced to grab ahold of one of her braids to avoid falling from her shoulder.

She whipped back around to face Pryvani, with Alex barely holding on. “That’s classified! How did you…?!”

The younger woman smiled. “I told you. Getting a peek at military records is child’s play.”

Rixie’s eyes narrowed.

“Okay.” Pryvani admitted with a shrug. “Getting in to records with a level seven security seal was a bit harder than I’m letting on, but it wasn’t impossible.”

“Obviously.” Rixie muttered coldly.

“Um, hey!” Alex cleared his throat. “What exactly does all this mean?”

Pryvani smirked as she trained her eyes on the human on Rixie’s shoulder. “What it means, little man, is that our Rixie Tam is currently on the tail end of a deep cover mission where she’s had to impersonate an inferior officer, when in reality she far outranks every other officer onboard this station, including the commander.”

“It really burns her rear too. That’s why I keep getting the trash jobs, like babysitting you.”

“Ooh, now that wasn’t very nice.”

Rixie smirked. “Let’s just get to the part where you make your offer, I refuse, and then we can all go get some sleep.”

Pryvani shrugged. “I already told you, my father’s company is working on a secret project and…”

“Nothing illegal, I would hope?” Rixie interrupted, arching he eyebrow. “And nothing that could cause any problems for the State?”

Pryvani feigned insult. “Of course not! I’m a true-blue daughter of the Empire!” She stood straight and drew two fingers horizontally across her forehead in the Imperial military salute. “My family doesn’t traffic in treason. However, the people who want to get their hands on it… they do.”

“So who are these people?”

Pryvani shrugged nonchalantly “I have my suspicions. Let’s just say I try and keep my enemies close.” She raised her eyebrows and gave Rixie a significant look, which the other woman didn’t miss.

“And what is this… ‘Secret project’?”

Pryvani shook her head. “Oh no, you don’t get the trade secrets unless you’re on the payroll.”

Rixie growled in annoyance.

“Think of it this way. Either you work for me and get a fairly good signing bonus out of the deal… or I take that money and use it to grease some palms to get your discharge orders rescinded, and then have the military transfer you to my employ anyway.” Pryvani grinned at the shocked reaction on Rixie’s face. “Oh come on, I was able to bribe my way into your records, it shouldn’t be that surprising that I can line the pockets of the people who are high enough to give even you orders.”

The young heiress flopped back down onto the couch and put her bare feet back up on the table, wiggling her toes again, with a satisfied smirk on her face. “So what’s it going to be, Imperator? Who gets the payday, you or some keypad pusher at High Command?”

Rixie scratched the back of her head and shifted her weight. She knew she’d been caught, and as much as she hated to admit it, the offer didn’t sound bad at all. She wasn’t ready to admit defeat just yet, though. Turning her back on Pryvani’s smirk, she strode out of the room tossing “I’ll have to think about it!” over her shoulder as she left.

Once they were out of the room and out of Pryvani’s earshot, she let out a long breath she didn’t realize she’d been holding.

“Well… that was unexpected.” She sighed as she walked down the corridor. She was about to return Alex to the pouch at her hip, when she paused and threw a sidelong glance at the human on her shoulder.

“What was that she was saying about you and foot rubs?”

*.*.*.*.*.*

Nick was awoken from his sleep when Brinn tried to gently gather him into her palm. “Uh? Wassgonon?” He muttered groggily.

“Oops. Sorry cutie. I was trying to pick you up without waking you.”

“What are you doing Brinn?” Nick wondered, looking up at his owner’s smiling face as she lifted him through the top of the enclosure he’d been sleeping in.

“Well… you and I need to take a little trip.” Brinn said evasively, ruffling Nick’s hair with the tip of her finger, as she carried him out of the bedroom and through the attached hallway.

“Is Zara coming?” Nick wondered, still half asleep.

“No silly.” Brinn picked something up off a table as she sailed past it, and then pushed open another door. “Zara needs to work today, and Sophia doesn’t need to go with us either, so she’ll just stay here. We’ll only be gone a few hours.” She raised her other hand up and Nick could finally see what she’d picked up. It looked like… well, to Nick it looked like somebody had taken a backyard shed and put a giant handle on it, but he was getting better at translating things into the perspective of his new giant home and he realized what it was.

“Aw c’mon Brinn, you know I’m not going to go anywhere, I don’t really need a carrying crate do I?” She started and looked down at him surprised.

“How did you…? Never mind… Nick it’s not that I don’t trust you, but it’s the law. Whenever you leave the house, you have to be in a carrier.” She popped open the gate and with a resigned sigh Nick climbed inside.

Brinn opened the door to the house and as she stepped outside, Nick got his first good look at an alien planet. He was somewhat relieved to see that it wasn’t too alien. The sky was blue, although a shade darker than the sky of Earth. There were trees, although the leaves were a bit more teal than “forest” green, and the bark was closer to a burnt orange than brown. He even saw a squirrel… a golden furred squirrel, with a prehensile tail… but it was close. Nick wondered at the lack of cars, until he glanced up at the sky and realized all the traffic was well above the tree line.

“Where are we going Brinn?” Nick called up as she turned and began walking down the sidewalk.

“Oh we’re just going… for a walk. It’s a nice day out. And I could use the exercise.”

Nick could tell she was being evasive, but decided he wasn’t going to get any answers out of her; so he gave up. He sat down at the gate of his carrier and watched the world outside go by. After about a ten minute walk, Nick noticed they had entered a downtown area full of buildings, Brinn turned and walked towards the entrance of one of these. There was a sign above the door, but Nick discovered he couldn’t read the language.

Brinn pushed open the door and entered what looked like an office with a receptionist sitting behind a desk. She was a woman who looked to be in her early thirties, with long dark hair and wire framed glasses. Brinn stepped up to the desk.

“Hello Brinn, here to see Dr. Kezwic?”

“Yes. I’m here for a checkup for my little pet here.” Brinn raised the carrier so the receptionist could see inside. Nick found himself looking into her brilliant green eyes and smiling face.

“Oh. He’s a cute one.” The receptionist said with a laugh. She checked her computer screen. “If you’ll just have a seat over there, the doctor will be right with you, hon.”

Brinn thanked her and went to have a seat in the waiting area, placing the carrier on her lap. There were about half a dozen other people in the waiting room, each with a cage or an animal nearby. With a sick feeling in his stomach, Nick realized where they were.

“Brinn! You brought me to a VET??”

“Well yeah. You need to have a checkup within four days of arriving planet-side. Where else am I supposed to get that done?”

“Gee, maybe… A hospital?”

“Don’t be silly Nicky; hospitals aren’t trained to handle humans. You’re too small. Now just relax, it’s not going to be a big deal.” Setting his carrier down on the floor by her feet, she reached over and picked up a magazine off the table in the center of the room and began to read.

With a sigh, Nick turned back to the grate and found himself face to face with a monster!

“AH! Brinn help!”

“Relax Nicky, it’s just a keiflar. You’re safe in that carrier and anyway, they’re herbivores” The creature looked like a black and orange striped German Shepard with purple eyes and pupils slit like a cat’s. It sniffed at him curiously, gave a bored yawn (which let Nick see its flat herbivore teeth, and a throat that was more than big enough to swallow him whole, whatever Brinn said.) and then laid down to sleep. The hand of the middle aged man sitting next to Brinn reached down to scratch the beast behind the ear.

Minutes passed by and Nick watched the various creatures and their owners leave and be replaced. It seemed like this particular vet’s office did pretty good business. His mind began to wander; suddenly there was a drumbeat thud that shook his carrier. He looked out and realized that Brinn had rested her sandaled foot on the top of his carrier and was tapping idly.

Finally: “Brinn? The doctor is ready for you now.”

Nick fell on his back as the carrier was lifted. They walked into a sterile examination room. Brinn set the carrier down on the steel table and opened the gate. Nick climbed out, happy to be free of it, but apprehensive over what was to happen next.

The door on the opposite end of the room opened and yet another giant walked into Nick’s life.

She was tall, even for a giant. She was probably three inches taller than Brinn, and that was without the additional two inches afforded her by the heels on her shoes. Her hair was long and blonde, her eyes an ice blue and surrounded by black framed glasses. She was dressed in black pants, a powder blue sweater and a white lab coat; none of which did absolutely anything to hide the figure underneath them. Her heels clacked on the tile floor as she crossed over to the examination table, carrying a pen and a data tablet in hand.

“Good morning Brinn, how are we doing today?” She asked with a brisk smile on her face.

“I’m fine, thank you Dr. Kezwic.” Brinn responded.

The doctor had reached the exam table and loomed over Nick. He found himself looking straight up at her, and couldn’t see her face beyond her breasts, which were hanging above him as if threatening to fall on him at any moment.

She set the tablet down on the table and leaned over to read it, “Now then, it says you’re here for the standard human importation examination, correct?”

“Yes.”

The doctor nodded and made a notation. “Excellent. Let’s just get some information down then. What’s the little guy’s name?”

“My name’s Nick” Nick had backed up a little so he could see the doctor’s face, but she either didn’t hear him, or was choosing to ignore him.

“His name is Nick, Doctor.” The doctor blinked and filled in another blank with a disapproving frown on her face.

“Okay then. When did you make planetfall with him?” Brinn spouted off a string of numbers that didn’t make any sense to Nick, but they evidently meant something to Dr. Kezwic, because she noted them down on her form with a nod.

“Excellent. And I assume he’s been properly quarantined from other humans since then?”

Brinn flushed red. “Y-Yes, of course” She stammered, looking away guiltily.

The doctor took note of that look, and the disapproving frown was back. She surveyed Brinn over the rims of her glasses. “Brinn, you know better than that!”

Brinn’s head hung and she shifted from side to side looking like a student caught cheating on a test. “I know! I’m sorry.”

The Doctor sighed and shook her head. “I’ll overlook it this time, but you keep an eye on the humans he’s had contact with and bring them to me the moment any of them show signs of sickness. No telling what germs or parasites he might be carrying.”

“Hey!” Nick grumbled, offended. But, again, the Doctor continued to ignore him.

“Okay, first thing’s first, would you go get me the gel please?” Brinn nodded and went to grab something out of a nearby cabinet. Meanwhile the doctor decided to finally turn her attention on Nick. He turned to find her looking down on him with a patient smile as she donned a pair of blue skintight gloves. She placed her hand down on the table, palm up and began to make chirping and clicking noises at him while twitching her fingers. “C’mere boy, c’mon!”

Nick got the hint and climbed obediently into her hand. He was rewarded with a bright smile. “That’s a good boy. Aren’t you a sweet little thing?” She tussled his hair with the pinky of her other hand, and carried him over to a basin in the corner that had been filled with warm water. He was gently lowered into the water, which came up to about waist height on him.

“Here’s the gel, doctor”

“Thank you Brinn.” The doctor took the tube Brinn offered her and squeezed a small dollop of the green substance onto the tip of her finger. While supporting Nick in the water with the other hand, she began to gently massage the gel into every inch of his body.

When the gel made contact with water, it sent a pleasant tingling sensation through his body, like he was sitting in a tub of Alka-seltzer. Her giant finger scrubbed his body thoroughly. It was hard to tell since his body was alive with sensation, but he was pretty sure he had an orgasm on her finger at least once. If either of the giant women noticed anything they didn’t mention it.

In fact they were barely paying attention to him as it was, he realized. They were having a conversation far above his head.

“By the way Brinn, I was wondering if you’d be able to take an afternoon shift later this week. Orto needs to go out of town for a family thing.”

“Yeah I can probably do that. I owe him one anyway.” Brinn responded, scratching the back of her head in thought.

“Excellent. He’ll be happy to hear that. Well, looks like we’re all set here.” The doctor rinsed her fingers off in the water. She then gently scooped and poured some water over Nick’s body to rinse the gel’s residue off of him as well.

Nick was carried back over to the examination table and set atop its steel surface. Meanwhile, the doctor turned her attention to the data tablet.” Okay, the anti-parasite scrub is done!” She made a mark on the screen, and Nick realized that he’d just been flea-dipped.

The Doctor reached over to a magnifying lens on a retractable arm bolted to the table and settled the lens over his body. Looking up through the lens he saw the somewhat disturbing sight of her already huge eye becoming enormous and distorted.

Her hands gathered Nick up and began to poke and prod his body, bending his limbs squeezing his torso. He figured she was being as gentle as she could be but, it still wasn’t terribly comfortable; especially under her artificially enhanced gaze. Looking up into a pupil that was the size of his head was… disturbing. Every so often one hand would leave to make a notation on her tablet.

“What we’ve got here is a male, between three and four years old. Good musculature… no obvious deformities… reflexive responses seem good… reproductive system appears to be in working order.” Nick saw her smirk magnified x10 through the lens.

The prodding ceased and Nick was replaced onto the tabletop. “Well Brinn,” The doctor said, walking over to a cabinet on the wall near the door. “It looks like you’ve got a good one. I don’t foresee any medical problems for a few years provided he gets regular exercise.” she took something out of the cabinet, some kind of tool that Nick didn’t really have a name for. “But of course, you already know all about that.”

“I like to think I know a thing or two about Humans” Brinn responded, with a smirk of her own, as she stroked Nick’s backside fondly.

“Well, we just have to take care of his chip and vaccination and you can be on your way.” The doctor returned to the table carrying the tool Nick had seen earlier, but even after seeing it up close, he had no frame of reference to describe it.

“Wait… vaccina- you mean shots?!”

“You’ll be fine Nick. It’s just a little pinch.” Brinn smiled reassuringly as she deftly rolled Nick onto his stomach and kept him pinned that way with the thumb and forefinger of each hand. He felt something cold and metallic settle over his shoulders, neck and upper arms. It felt like he was being put into some kind of stockade. He didn’t have long to dwell on this because soon he heard a whoosh sound, like an air gun being fired. This was followed by a sharp simultaneous pain between his shoulder blades and in each upper arm. After a second the device was lifted off him and he was allowed to stand again.

“If you’ll just sign and date here, initial here and put a thumbprint here, he’ll be all registered. The tracking chip should be online in a few hours.” The doctor said brusquely. She handed Brinn the data tablet and pen she’d been using. “And that’s that, I guess. Unless you want him sterilized?”

“What?!”

Brinn giggled. “Relax, Nick. She’s kidding. No, I think we’ll leave him the way he is… as long as he behaves.”

Brinn handed the tablet back, then gathered Nick up and deposited him in the carrier once again. “I guess it’s time for us to go then. Thank you, doctor.”

“Of course. Have a good day and we’ll see you later.” Dr. Kezwic Smiled as Brinn left the examination room. She walked over to the receptionist’s desk to sign a few more forms and exchange pleasantries with the giantess who was sitting there now, and then headed out the door.

Once they were clear of the Vet’s office, Nick crawled over to the gate of the carrier. “Brinn?”

“Yes hon?”

“Do you work there?”

Brinn smiled proudly. “Yes, I’m a certified doctor of veterinary medicine. I’m still pretty new at it though, only graduated a few months ago. Dr. Kezwic is my primary supervisor.

“So why didn’t you just do the examination yourself?”

“Because it was my day off.” Brinn replied with a shrug. “Besides, where would the fun have been in that?”

“Right. Hey, what did she mean when she said I was around three years old?” Brinn stopped walking and raised the carrier so she could look into it.

“Well, that’s how old you are, silly.” She looked confused for a moment, until sudden understanding shone in her eyes. “Oh wait, I understand now… That’s how old you are here. One year here is about… hmm… let me see…” Her face screwed up as she did the math in her head. “About six and a half years on your planet. Give or take a bit.”

“Oh. So that means you’re like three then too, right?”

Brinn giggled. “No. I’m twenty-four.” She lowered the carrier again, denying Nick a chance to ask any further questions, and forcing him to contemplate the implications alone.

Eventually they returned to Brinn’s home. They had just turned up the walkway when the door opened and an excited looking Zara came rushing out. She ran down the walkway with an excited grin on her face. “Brinn! Guess what! Guess what, guess what!”

“HOLD IT!” Brinn shouted sticking her arm out. Zara skidded to a stop mere inches from her outstretched hand so suddenly that her shoes left skid marks on the sidewalk.

Calmly, Brinn took two steps to the side, set Nick’s cage down on the ground, and then returned to her former position. “Okay. Proceed.”

“GUESS WHAT?!” Zara yelled and tackled her friend to the grass, landing on the redhead hard enough to knock the wind out of her.

“Okay, okay, what?!” Brinn gasped out, trying to regain her breath but with an indulgent smile on her face. This was not the first time Zara had gotten this excited about something.

“I got the grant money! They approved my new study!” Zara seemed about to burst from excitement. “Do you know what this means?”

Brinn pretended to consider. “You’ll be moving soon?”

“Yes! No, wait, no not just me. You too! I need a consultant on veterinary medicine on my staff. I want you to fill that position!”

Brinn was taken aback. “Me? But, I just graduated, surely there’s someone more qualified?”

“But you graduated top of your class, Brinn.” Zara grinned as she pulled herself to her feet, then helped Brinn up. “Besides. You’ve been telling me you wanted to visit the place. And you’re my best friend, who else would I hire? Come with me.”

“’Always wanted to…’ Wait, you mean you’re conducting your study…?”

Zara grinned. “Yes. We’re going to be studying the human civilization that’s been preserved on Pryvani Tarsuss’ moon.”
